Everyone must register for the pre-sale, including all past CTM Cruise guests, by end of day Tuesday, September 11. You will be emailed an Earliest Booking Date by the end of Wednesday, September 12 and be able to book as early as Thursday, September 13. If you register for the pre-sale after September 11 you will receive an Earliest Booking Time by end of day Wednesday, September 19.

The pre-sale ends and festival packages are open to the public on Friday, September 21.

  • Chillin’ the Most Cruise Alumni will be given the first chance to book. Your Earliest Booking Times are assigned in order sorted by most times on Chillin’ The Most Cruise, then by most recent year of sailing, then by earliest booking date for your most recent cruise. 
  • Chillin' the Most Cruise 2018 Waiting List and Cancelled guests will be given a chance to book next. This group's booking order is determined by the date you booked your canceled 2018 reservation or waiting list entry.
  • New Chillin’ the Most Flyin’ High Island Jam guests (those who did not sail on a cruise) are the final group. Earliest Booking Times will be randomized prior to being assigned.

No, airfare is not included in the festival package, but basically everything else is included! Sixthman will do everything to ensure your experience can't be beat from the moment you step off the plane at Punta Cana International Airport until Chillin' the Most Island Jam comes to an end.

Room Selection: During booking you will select your desired room category and occupancy. Your room assignment will be appointed upon check-in at the resort.

Sixthman Usernames: You'll need to login with (or create) a Sixthman Username to book. If you've vacationed with Sixthman previously or signed up for the Chillin' the Most Island Jam Pre-Sale you have a username. Recover forgotten login credentials here, or contact us or try our live chat for immediate assistance. If you or a guest needs a Sixthman Username you can create one while booking.

Guest Permissions: If you were a Lead Guest on a prior event and are traveling with the same guests, your guests will be in a dropdown list for you to add to your room. If you're traveling with someone who has a Sixthman Username but has NOT traveled with you previously, have your guests login to their Sixthman profile and add your username to their 'Approved Lead Guests' list in the 'Guest Permissions' section. They'll then be on the dropdown list for you while booking.

Naming Guests: You can add your guests later but fees may apply. See more details here. You are obligated for the full room fare of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process even if you do not add guests to fill your entire room. If you wish to add guests beyond the capacity of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process you may do so based on availability for the additional room fare associated with the transaction.

Credit Card Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted. If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will need all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and card verification number) as well as the name and billing address for each card.

PLEASE NOTE! Lead Guest, if you or your guest(s) needs a Sixthman Username you can create one while booking. When you add our plan to your trip, you protect yourself from your policy's effective date through your return home. Remember that sometimes unwelcome events occur to disrupt great trips:

  • You are protected, up to full trip cost, if bad weather causes your common carrier to cease operating for 24 hours or more.
  • Illness or injury to you or a traveling companion or immediate family member causing you to cancel or interrupt your trip.
  • Missed Connection coverage can pay your expenses (up to $500) to rejoin the event or tour when you miss the departure due to a three-hour or more flight delay.
  • Emergency Medical Expense covers you if you need treatment in a foreign hospital for a sudden illness or accident. We guarantee your admission!
  • Trip Cancellation can cover terrorist events, a job layoff (if employed for 1 or more year) or jury duty.*
  • Assistance will be there if you lose medications or a passport, or need help canceling lost credit cards.


This coverage must be purchased before your final payment due date. Coverage for all benefits except trip cancellation will begin on the departure date. The trip cancellation benefit will begin at 12:01 AM on the day after Travel Insured receives your application. For pre-existing conditions to be covered you need to purchase Insurance within 21 days of your deposit (other restrictions apply).

Travel Insured also offers Cancel For Any Reason 50% Protection. The Cancel for Any Reason option is only available when specifically requested on the original application and the appropriate premium has been paid. The Cancel For Any Reason benefit must be purchased within 21 days of your initial trip deposit. This benefit allows the insured to receive a refund of up to 50% of covered trip costs on reservations cancelled up to 48 hours prior to departure for any reason outside of the covered circumstances.

Paid In Full Discount*: Reservations made through November 7, 2018 that are paid in full within 72 hours of booking will receive a 5% discount off room fare. The Paid In Full Discount will only apply if the entire reservation is paid for and is not available on a per person basis.

Youth Discount: The event is recommended for guests 18 years and older. If you are interested in bringing children please contact us for child rates.

Military Discount*: Guests who are active or retired military are eligible to receive a 5% discount off room fare for the entire room. To receive this discount, please email one of the following items below to kidrockbeach@sixthman.net after your reservation has been confirmed. Please blacken out your social security number before sending.

  • Copy of the military LES (Leave and Earning Statement)
  • Copy of military retirement papers (DD214 or DD256)
  • Copy of proof of honorable discharge (Form DD214)
  • Proof for Cadets: A letter from his/her Commander or a copy of a military pay stub.

Hard Rock Punta Cana welcomes all guests. However, The Dominican Republic is considered to have a moderate risk of Zika virus transmission.  If you are pregnant or could be pregnant at the time of this event we recommend you consult your physician regarding your travel plans. There is no minimum age for infants, but we recommend you consult your pediatrician before planning international travel with children under 6 months of age.

Because Zika infection during pregnancy can cause severe birth defects, pregnant women should not travel to the areas where the Zika virus is present. Partners of pregnant women and couples considering pregnancy should know the risks to pregnancy and take prevention steps. All travelers should strictly follow steps to prevent mosquito bites and prevent sexual transmission during and after the trip.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create a reservation and accept the Lead Guest responsibilities.

This event is recommended for guests 18 years and older. If you are interested in bringing children please contact us for child rates. 

After you have completed the booking process, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request pending availability and capacity of the resort.

To make a payment, booked guests can login to their Sixthman account and click 'Make a Payment' next to their reservation. Any named guest on a reservation can submit an online payment.

Payments can also be made via phone by calling Sixthman at 877-379-9178.

The Lead Guest on the reservation is responsible for making sure minimum payments are met. However, each guest can log in (or call in) individually to make their own payment for their share of the room with their own credit card information.

When making the reservation, the Lead Guest can pay for only their portion of the minimum initial deposit, but the reservation must be brought current within 72 hours. Within this time frame, other guests can make their initial payments. The Lead Guest is responsible for making sure the reservation is current within 72 hours or will risk cancellation.

If you decide not to do automatic monthly billing, this minimum payment schedule allows guests to make installment payments for your trip over a period of time. The date that you place your reservation will dictate your minimum deposit amount, after which you would be required to make any future payments according to the schedule. To make a payment on an existing reservation, please login to your account.

Payment Schedule

  • $300 per person due at the time of reservation and;
  • Another $400 per person is due on November 7, 2018
  • Another $500 per person is due on January 7, 2019
  • Remaining 100% is due on March 7th, 2019

*Single occupancy rooms require twice the above amounts.

Past due payments are subject to a $35 late fee. See the TERMS AND CONDITIONS for full details.

One week after missing a scheduled payment date, a late fee of $35 is added to the reservation.

Three weeks after missing a scheduled payment date, a final notice of impending cancellation is sent, and the reservation may be cancelled by Sixthman within 7 days.

If you are unable to make a payment as scheduled, please contact Sixthman PRIOR to the payment due date. In extreme circumstances, alternate payment schedules may be arranged. Alternate payment schedules are solely at the discretion of Sixthman. Defaulting on alternate payment arrangements will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.

How it Works:

Option 1:
Give the new guest your Sixthman Username. While booking, your friend must enter your Sixthman Username in the REFERRER field (located in “Step 3" of the booking pages) to receive the $100 discount.

Option 2:
As the referrer, you can log into your Sixthman account, go to the Referrals section and select the event that you’d like to share with your friend. Enter your friend’s email address, add a personalized message, and click “Send Email”! They will receive an email telling them all about the discount, the festival, and how they can be a part of it.

The Fine Print:

  • Rooms booked during the pre-sale period are not eligible for the referral program.
  • Referrals are not retroactive, thus cannot be added after the reservation has been made.
  • The program ends 30 days prior to the event, April 6, 2019 or upon a sell-out -- whichever comes first.
  • The referrer must either be currently booked on Kid Rock Beach.
  • All guests in the referred room must be new to Sixthman in order to be eligible for the $100 discount.* Referrals apply to full rooms only; they do not apply to individual guests within a room.
  • Rooms booked by travel agents not eligible to participate in referral program.
  • The discount for the referrer will be applied within 7 - 14 days of their username being entered. Please contact Sixthman PRIOR to the event if your referral does not appear on your confirmation


If the new room adds an alumnus to the room at a later date, then the new room will not get the discount. The referred room will no longer be eligible for the discount and the referrer will no longer receive the discount on their room fare.

Everyone who purchases a Chillin' the Most Island Jam package will have access to the event programming.

If you are the lead guest with an existing reservation you can add a guest online. First, your guest needs a Sixthman Username, and needs to give you permission to add them to your room.

Provide your guest with your Sixthman Username, and have them create a Sixthman profile here, or login to their existing profile. In the Guest Permissions section have them add you to their Approved Lead Guest list.

Once they're done, you can login to your profile and they'll appear in Your Authorized Guests list. Now, go to your current reservation and add them in the Personal Information section.

Only Lead Guests can request to change or remove existing guests, or to upgrade to a higher priced category. Downgrading your room to a room of lesser value is not allowed. The Lead Guest must request these changes by phone or email.

If applicable, reservations are subject to a Lead Guest change fee of $299. No lead guest changes or transfers are permitted after March 7, 2019 OR once the event is on a waiting list, whichever comes first.

ALL names must be received by March 7, 2019. Each reservation is allowed one free name change prior to March 7, 2019. Additional changes prior to that date are subject to a $50 administrative fee per change.

Any changes, including adding unnamed guests made after March 7, 2019, but more than one week before the event are $75 per change. Any changes, including adding unnamed guests made within a week of the event are $100 per change. Changes or additions made within the week prior to the event must be done in person at check-in, and may incur a fee up to $299 per change.

You may purchase travel protection while placing your reservation online or by calling Sixthman Guest Services at 1-877-379-9178 after your reservation has been placed. Travel Protection is sold per person and based of the amount you'd like covered (minimum coverage is the per person cost of the room plus all taxes and fees). You may also call Sixthman to request additional coverage for other travel, such as airfare.

Please note that the CFAR benefit (CANCEL FOR ANY REASON) is in addition to the standard policy and allows a refund of up to 50% of the non-refundable Trip Cost for reservations that are canceled without a covered reason up until 48 hours prior to the event. This benefit must be purchased within 21 days of trip purchase.

Guests traveling by themselves in their own room are responsible for the double-occupancy rate of the room (the double rate times two). Single occupancy rooms will be charged the Resort Fee for only one guest, and will receive a discount of $199.00 off the second fare.

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you wish to protect your investment, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel protection. We've teamed up with Travel Insured to offer two levels of insurance: a standard protection policy and a 50% Cancel for Any Reason add-on policy.

  • Travel Insured's standard policy will reimburse cancellations at 100% of monies paid for covered cancellation reasons.
  • Travel Insured's Cancel For Any Reason add-on policy will reimburse up to 50% of monies paid when canceling for any reason not covered by the standard policy when canceled at least 48 hours prior to the event.*

IMPORTANT: All guests are required to carry a valid passport, not expiring within six (6) months of the return of your trip.

At time of booking, you acknowledge that the laws that regulate necessary travel documentation are subject to change and that it is your responsibility to be aware of what is required for travel.

Please note that the name on your ticket must match the name on your passport or you will need to provide an original copy of proof of change of name (marriage license, etc).

 

Shuttles will run throughout the day from the Punta Cana International Airport to the Resort on arrival and departure days. Sixthman will be requesting your flight details in the coming months to coordinate ground transportation and keep track of any and all flight changes or updates.

A fixed Resort Fee will be added to your vacation package in the amount of $49 per person at the time of booking. 

Resort staff and drink gratuities are already included in the price of your vacation package. While you are welcome to extend additional gratuities at your discretion, these minimum service gratuities are agreed to be paid by you upon booking your room.

Your four-day package includes a $750 Hard Rock Punta Cana Resort Credit. Resort credits are applied per room and can be used for a variety of indulgences such as spa treatments, excursions, and more. The complete list of offerings will be available upon arrival at the resort and subject to change prior to the festival.

For all Resort Credit charges, a 20% service fee will be applied. The Service Fee can only be paid with cash, room charge, or credit card. Service fee cannot be paid with remaining Resort Credit promotion balance.

While the amount that you receive for resort credit for a four day stay is fixed ($750 per room), the offerings vary for what the credit can be used on. When you arrive, talk to the Hard Rock Punta Cana Vacation Planners for help using your Resort Credits.

There will be a variety of beers, wines, and liquors (including top shelf brands) included. Exact offerings are subject to change.

On the 6th, programming will begin around 6pm. For the rest of the festival, enjoy all that the resort has to offer during the day, with light Kid Rock programming of shows and activities. Schedule in an afternoon power-nap and a quick rinse off to prepare for the jam packed nighttime festivities and shows. We'll announce more details of the schedule when we get closer to the festival! 

All guests attending Chillin' the Most Island Jam must have a reservation booked through Sixthman and must be staying at Hard Rock Punta Cana to attend the shows. There are no day passes or off-site passes available for this event.

The dress code for Chillin' the Most Island Jam is very relaxed. We want you to be comfortable! We ask that you wear shoes and cover up over your bathing suit when dining in the restaurants. 

As we get closer to the event, we’ll announce several "theme nights" – so be prepared to get creative and join in on the fun!

Congrats on your upcoming marriage, how exciting! To ensure every guest has an amazing time on their vacation our team’s focus is 100% on executing the festival, Sixthman is unable to assist in the organization of your vows. Fixed lens camera photography is permitted everywhere on property, but please refrain from flash photography and use of tablets, iPads, selfie sticks, etc. during shows. Use of drones, audio recording devices, professional cameras (video or still) or detachable lens cameras will not be permitted at performances.

Enjoy all that the resort has to offer during the day. Soak up some sun, see how many restaurants you can try for lunch, perfect your cannonball in each pool. Schedule in an afternoon power-nap and a quick rinse off to prepare for the nighttime festivities and shows. Smoking is prohibited indoors, in the pools, directly in front of the main stage as well as outdoor dining areas. This includes regular cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars or pipes.

Guests are permitted to smoke on their balconies. However, smoking inside your room is prohibited & may result in a cleaning charge added to your resort account. If cigarette burns on furniture, linens, towels or carpeting are detected; guests will be advised and charged for the damages. Electronic cigarettes cannot be used in public areas where there is a No Smoking policy in force.

Punta Cana has a wide-variety of things to explore outside of the resort. Adventures will be available for purchase and details shared closer to the event. 

Kid Rock and other artists will perform for all Chillers on the main stage at Woodstock Plaza. You'll also get to check out shows on the smaller stage while chillin' in the Central and Eclipse pools during the day. Take a look at the resort map, here!

Available trams run 24/7, so feel free to rest your legs! Pick-up huts are located all around the property and loop every 10 minutes. Check out the map, here

Resort check-in begins around 3:00pm  n the 6th and check out will be at noon on the 10th. ​​​​​​Arrival and departure times to the resort will be coordinated based on your flight time. Please know that if you arrive before 3 pm you will still have access to resort amenities while waiting on your room. 

Check-out is at noon, but enjoy the resort's amenities until your scheduled shuttle arrives!

Accessible Caribbean Suites (King Bed Only) are available and include wider clearance through doorways, toilet, bathroom rails, shower benches and roll-in showers. The rooms have a ramp to the lower section of the room with the hydro spa tub. Please contact Sixthman directly to reserve a wheelchair accessible room as these rooms are not available to book online.

At time of booking, please discuss your needs with the Sixthman Guest Services team. Your information and requirements will be sent to Hard Rock Punta Cana approximately 60 days prior to the event. If your needs require more advanced notice, the Sixthman team will notify the resort accordingly.

Approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the festival you will receive additional information regarding how you may contact the resort directly for any additional questions you may have.

The resort is equipped with ramps throughout the hotel; including reception, pool and beach areas. There are elevators located in all buildings and lobbies. NOTE: The Element Terrace and Toro Terrace are NOT wheelchair accessible.

While the resort does have a few complimentary support wheelchairs available, if you require mobility assistance for the entirety of the festival, these items are available for rent through the resort's recommended third party company, Handicap Travelers. At time of booking, please discuss your needs with the Sixthman Guest Services team.

Yes. Hard Rock Punta Cana accepts service dogs that are trained to perform a specific task. A service dog may be needed for many different conditions, which would be acceptable under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. In accordance with the ADA, Hard Rock Punta Cana does NOT accept “Emotional Support” dogs as service dogs. It is your responsibility to be aware of what is required to travel with a service animal. Proper documentation will be required to be shown upon arrival.

If you have any food allergies or a dietary requirement that requires Kosher meals or gluten-free food products, please advise Sixthman at the time of booking. The Hard Rock Punta Cana is equipped with a 24-hour medical center.

Whether you are admitted to the resort's medical center or a medical facility in Punta Cana, your medical expenses will be your out-of-pocket responsibility. Most standard health insurance policies do not cover treatment outside of the US. Please check with your insurance provider for more information.
